I have heard rumours that this stuff makes your mickey fall off and you grow tits.

You realise Fooley will be along any minute with a picture of either of the above scenarios dont you?

that depends whether his camera is working or not.

I’m going on a course of ephradrine, tribulous black and ZMA over the next 5-6 weeks as I get back training and in shape for the ladyboys in Thailand. Naturally protein is in stock but contemplating creatine too? Have never used it and afraid of bulking too much if I do. Reports on it ?

Here’s a report for ya,

Man up you bitch and get what you need from natural sources.

Name one, pal.

Yeah I’d be a fan of creatine. I notice a difference in weights sessions if I’m not using it. I don’t think there’s any need for fearing bulking too much. My bf% is around 11% and I’ve never noticed any negative visual impact from using it. It just helps you train that bit harder, no more no less. I wouldn’t be without it personally. Just make sure you’re drinking enough water.

Cheers WTB. I’ll add a small bit to my pre workout shake and see how it goes.

The visual impact was my biggest concern.

The bloating stuff is just scaremongering. I wouldn’t add it to a shake. The taste isn’t great, kind of like headache pills and it’s not that soluble in cold liquid. A glass of milk or mi-wadi would be better.

creatine will defo bulk you up but the problem is when you stop lifting weights you’ll just get fat…

That’s where the cardio comes in, pal.

This is bull shit. The muscle doesn’t turn to fat.

Muscle turns to fat, ask any fella on the street. It’s all that protein they be taking.

How does that work exactly? That’s like saying paracetamol will make you fat. The whole ā€˜fatness’ thing with creatine comes from the slight water retention it can cause which in pro body builders with 3-4% bodyfat might cause some barely noticeable puffiness. The idea that creatine itself can somehow cause increased fat production is completely retarded.

You can get fat when you stop weightlifting if you don’t reduce your calorie intake to reflect your reduced calorie expenditure. If lads still eat for 3-4 lifting sessions a week and they aren’t doing those sessions anymore of course they’ll produce fat. But creatine has absolutely nothing to do with it. I wouldn’t say that one even qualifies as bro science anymore.
