I dont know how he does it.

He’s drinking like a fish yet still looks fantastic and his writing continues to be some of the best literature this country has ever seen.

I’m annoyed now I was mistaken for him a few years ago, up close he’s carrying significant more tonnage than I am🤣

Would be phenomenal if that shot of him was mid composition of one of his wonderful online postings. I must head over to Twitter and see was there an update.

Close but no cigar, a post about a book about rubby

We’re a few hours off yet about a cathedral effort

He only warming up yet

Was at the bar there, he’s been joined by a pal, Roy was bellowing about trucking on in your 40s 50s and 60s,seen enough getting Alzheimer’s etc late on, enjoy it while you can etc, hard to argue with that one.

He’s dead right. Live while you can.

Roy doesn’t strike me as someone who’s into material things like the big house or fancy car. Or putting everything away into a pension when he’s probably only an 8/13 shot to make it that far.

First time meeting him he’s no different bellowing on OTB but we had a great conversation and I’ve even more time for him now, a gentleman.
