Iā€™d say you are best to ask him that question mate

Kev, the Noel Oā€™Donovan mentioned in the article, would he be around 33/34 now with red hair?

I love this inbred irish shit, you donā€™t get it anywhere else, roasters bating the tar out of cops in a gah match because they think they can get away with it

Probably wants the State to fund him buying a house to rent out to students.

Kev, before I update the Alright Sort of the Year 2016 thread, the lad who smacked Masters was actually Noel Oā€™Donovan?

:grinning:

A few student lets and a nurse to marry is all any guard could ever want

he is suing the DPER

Itā€™s a Garda compensation hearing. I think heā€™s saying he was only assaulted because he was a guard so trying to equate it to line-of-duty injuries.

Thatā€™s just what it reads like to me- heā€™s saying if he hadnā€™t been a guard he wouldnā€™t have suffered the assault.
They are calling the match referee as a witness. If I was the state Iā€™d call the lad who broke his jaw.

If someone from Cork attacked @bandage on the street and called him a ā€œtypical fuckin accountantā€ during the assault could he sue his employers?

If I was Masters Iā€™d call Kevs 2010 match report in evidence which makes it clear that he was only assaulted because he was a guard. Seems to me like he has a cast iron case here taking into account Kevs original match report and the newspaper report above.
