When they were going well @gilgamboa claimed Flannery was the brains of the operation.
When things started to go south he claimed Flannery only had a tiny stake and wasnt really involved with them.

Examinership is an expensive process and only works if you have someone willing to invest to save business. They must see some value in it, at least more than walking away completely
