No the eye test
For all @Fagan_ODowd big licks about the peninsula and fair fingal it appears he is living in one of the less salubrious parts which is not serviced by a Dart stop.
This is a most disappointing development. Assume he is holed up in Clarehall or somewhere

I warned you before about getting on a bus.
You display a very poor knowledge of the social structure of the peninsula. The most salubrious parts of the peninsula are furthest from the dart line.
I don’t think the environment is worth that

It disgusts me that the most salubrious houses on the Howth peninsula were originally built because of the proximity of a tram line, then when they had all bought horrible diesel guzzling cars, the occupants of the houses successfully petitioned to have that tram line ripped up
Reminds me of how automobile companies bought the companies that ran trams in the US just so they could get rid of the trams
The rich literally pulled the ladder, sorry, tram line, up after themselves
Fella here on the Dart taking up a four berth booth with his bag full of beer bottles on one seat. He is guzzling beer. The two other seats are taken up by his dog, one of those mutant pug types with pointy ears.
