I’m the same. I’ve a pretty innocuous meeting in work later and for some reason I’m full of nerves. I didn’t sleep great because of it.

I have gone incredibly soft and lazy since Covid hit.

I used to be bouncing out of the bed at 6:30am pre last March. Now, its incredibly hard work to be up for 8am.

Anxiety before dawn about the day ahead

I’ve been opting for a later rise myself … Spring will put a pep in our step once we get over the 6 weeks of snow on the way.

I time my rising with the sunrise. 8.25 this morning. By June I’ll be up at 5:30. Lads trying to fight their circadian rhythms and they wonder why they have a general malaise.
