Championship clubs turning down £25m. We must be getting near the bust
Newcastle on the verge of signing Alexander Isak for €70 million from Real Sociedad. That would be a big signing for then you’d feel. They needed an upgrade on Chris Wood and Callum Wilson.
Wilson is class if he could stay fit
Yeah he’s a slick operator. Isak’s scoring stats in Spain aren’t as good as I was expecting. Thought he was more prolific.
You could count on one hand better English strikers playing currently than Wilson imo
100 million spend and they have wood and Isak.
Not great business.
1 finger I’d say
Yeah their business isn’t as eye catching as Man City’s when they first got the money. They signed Robinho and tried to snatch Kaka the following January.
Bruno Guimaraes could play for any team in the world
There is building steadily and just building for the sake of it. Newcastle are very safe right now. Wood was a nothing signing imo, isak seems a bit the same. But the lad has talent just not 70 million worth of it right now.
Fair fucks to them if it comes off. But throw 100 million at it and maybe they should have better.
Man U are bidding for Newcastle second choice Keeper Dubravka. He’s good
The woods signing was to weaken a relegation rival and ensured Burnley would go down
I wonder what European clubs hull beat to his signature. Real Madrid and Bayern Munich i suppose
It’s a pity he didn’t go to Apollon. He could have been Cyprus Christie
Fofana 75m done apparently to Chelsea. According to talksport anyway
Here we go
