Summer 2022 Transfer Window

Seems like an odd position for them to spend £50m.

He’ll hardly displace Kane and Son when they’re fit.

Games gone

I hear the De Jong deal has gone south on united, something about united trying to fuck over De Jongs agent in relation to another deal.

Its clever planning, he is 5 years younger and they don’t want Kane and Son both falling off and then nothing.

Also, they could potentially go like this with 2 holding players

Son Kane Kulusevski

Richarlison

City having a great window. Keep hold of Bernardo Silva and they win the Champions League.

They have, they’ve added the bloody minded number 9 theyve been missing in the Champions League.

The misses fucked them mentally against Real.

Sterling actually missed an empty net against Lyon a few years ago.

Phillips also allows them to play a double pivot with Rodri and shut up shop in knockout ties. City have been at the wrong end of shoot outs with Monaco, Spurs and Real in recent years that required a bit more game management.

Mahrez in the home leg v Real is another one to look at. He destroyed a couple of great chances in that game. One of them when the score was 2-0 and it probably would have broken the back of real that night.

Totally, its not rocket surgery or brain science.

I can’t see anything other than Ronaldo leaving this summer now. The biggest indication will be a move for Antony.

I doubt Utd would allow him go to Chelsea, or any other EPL club, as that was the sole reason for moving for him last summer.

I’d say his most likely options are Napoli and Bayern. I can’t see the latter being willing to actually pay a transfer fee for him though.

Of course they’ll let him go to Chelsea. That move will improve their own squad and hinder Tuchel.
