He says he doesn’t watch much football and he’s more into cricket and rugby.

He’s reading too much Daily Telegraph

Presumably your list of the best defenders is stacked with donkeys from the Mickey Mouse Italian League.

Maguire is a carthorse, the Harry Kane of defenders. A big ambling oaf.

Maguire is a fine player and a great signing. United are buying well

Good player but not a great price.

ah sure there’s no value in buying English players… they cost a premium.

Three players signed by Ole this summer and all three British.

I think United have done well to get Maguire. A way overpriced but that’s a given but considering the lack of CL football it’s a relative coup.

He is a certainty to fuck up his knee now.

Money is immaterial to Man U. The only thing that matters there is getting the right personnel in. In Harry Maguire, they’ve signed a 26 year old finished product centre half who’s one of the best in the world in his position. It’s great business.

Maguire is a good signing. The price is mental but it’s all pretend money anyway.

If you over pay for one transfer you’ll end up over paying for them all. You can also be forced to sell players for less than their value as clubs know you need to shift players. It isn’t always a great policy.

In a transfer market where a championship level defender like Tyrone Mings is going for £26 million, then its open season for players deemed top end talent.

MaGuire is what Utd needs to for tilt at the league. Super signing.

Harry Maguire looks the final piece in the jigsaw for Ole. It’s some team he’s assembled.

This Maguire singing surely makes United immediate favourites anything other than first would be a disappointment.
