Saying FSG wiped out Liverpool’s debt is factually correct. They cleared the hundreds of millions of debt Liverpool owed with their own money.

Who benefits financially from Liverpool making a profit? FSG saw an investment opportunity, they invested money to purchase the club which included paying off the debts. Liverpool are now makng profits and FSG are reaping the reward of it.
