I spent most of the day in A and E with only the indo for company and still couldn’t read much of it, spent more time staring at the wall.

Mallet finger is what it’s called thought it was broken, the top knuckle was at a right angle to the rest of the finger, in a splint for 6 weeks.
i hope typing that response didn’t aggravate it

Wonderful reportage today listing all the brilliant achievers who attended the private schools . Two socialists from the current Dáil listed as well a legal eagles , captains of industry , rugby stars . Well worth a read .

Think Ger Brennan was the last Belvederean to play for Dublin. Ger got into the school on the Social Inclusion programme. Some of the Kilmacud chaps might be Rock boys.

Indeed I seem to have overestimated the influence of Benildus. I may have confused it with the local primary school in terms of influence.
Rory O’Carroll was Oatlands College actually. Colaiste Eoin on the N11 would be another to have educated a few of them.
Paul Mannion, Ray Cosgrove were Benildus students.
MDMA and Cian O’Sullivan are both Blackrock. Michael Fitzsimons, CBC. There are floods from those schools and others like Castleknock at Minors.
