The biggest sporting event taking place in the city this weekend has really captured the imagination of the public - all adult Stand tickets have sold out already ahead of Friday night.

Iā€™d be going with a similar enough team to that which started up in Bray.

Clarke has to remain in goal.

I know Dave Oā€™Connor is back from injury, but Iā€™d keep him in reserve unless Robbie doesnā€™t make it. If Oā€™Connor is decent, heā€™ll probably break in here at some stage but I think Whitehead has done well so far, and Robbieā€™s been alright too.

While I think Hery is a very good footballer, Duggan will definitely start and apparently was back in form in Bray, and I think Oā€™Conor deserves to keep his spot for this one. Bit more defensive steel and looked very energetic the last day. I do think Hery is quality though. Lynch must start.

Tosi will lead the line and Iā€™d say that Ogbene & Turner are the best men to flank him. Both have pace to hit them on the counter, Turner is the best crosser of a ball to feed Tosi and Ogbene playing well is likely to irritate Caulfield too.

Ticket picked up for the big game from the butchers this morning. 4 or 5 people in there getting tickets - nobody buying meat

@dodgy_keeper I need to get back up the M7 fairly sharpish after the game. Any parking tips?

Park out the Ballysimon road somewhere and walk in.

Park on the M7 pointing for Dublin, just lash on the hazards

Missing forumite @ChocolateMice is coming up to Limerick for this. Rumours abound that he will be wearing a half n half jersey, demonstrating how torn his loyalties are between Munsterā€™s two cities

Iā€™d park up near/in the train station. Whip up Hyde road after and onto the motorway at roxboro.

Park up by the Square Bar, normally a few spaces around there if you are in early enough. Back out then by Williams Street, out by the station and Hyde Road and turn off for the motorway.

Place should be busy tonight. Backed us there at 10/3 which is a kiss or death.

Iā€™m heading in to this tonight.

I should know better given I spent the first 18 years of my life living within a 10 minute walk of the city centre. Anyhow Iā€™ll take a spin up that general direction at around 5.30 and hopefully park the car somewhere convenient before wandering off to grab a coffee or something.

Iā€™m meeting that Cork cunt @ChocolateMice in Jerry Oā€™Deaā€™s for a pre-match mojito.

Absolutely pissing down now, hope it clears up before kick-off. :worried:

Strolling over here now, just passed the time of day with Trevor Welsh.
Spitting rain at the moment.

The night could suit CC agressive British style rather than our passing game ??

Is it on the radio?

Donā€™t know .

Yes Balbec, itā€™s on the radio.
