The packers D won that for them…they kept plugging away in the second quarter keeping it @ 17-0…i went to sleep mid way through 3rd…ridiculous Defending from the Lions at the end.

im not a HC but their only play was a hail mary, get megatron in the game…( please be advised i only saw highlights and didnt see him on the field for the hail mary)

He’s carrying an injury so it might not have been the best idea to have him in the scrum for the ball in the end zone.
fuck it, game on the line, one play, send in your best ball catcher. None of them attacked it at all. Awful defending. Great play by Rogers the tight end though, followed it perfectly.

Packers lateraled on the previous play and the Lions expected something similar so they went with a different package. Hence their terrible defence of the hail mary

I was going to disagree based on the likelihood of him aggravating the injury. However if the shoe was on the other foot and Detroit were throwing the Hail Mary he would have been in the end zone so I’ve decided to agree.

even so, someone in the secondary has to be accountable to just go after the ball at its highest point and connect with it. They were so stationary and just watching it. Sickening loss for them to be honest, they were by far the better team throughout, a couple of lucky plays/outcomes gave Green Bay the 2 TDs to come back into the game.
Fuck back to the A league thread you stupid cunt…The packers offense did nothing first half and their D stepped it up and on four consecutive drives got to Stafford just before half time - Another score and that game was done- Only Brady can come back from 24 down at the half. Rodgers did brilliantly to evade the Lions D for the winning score but it was awful, awful end zone defending.
Peyton did it v the Chargers a few years back. It set a new record at the time if I remember correctly.
