Nobody has answered my question.

In a country why Newton is primarily idolised, why does he see fit to fabricate this imaginary racial agenda against him? Show me where people are “afraid” of him, and I will give you ten counter examples of a positive media portrayal of him.

Him speaking about himself is highlighting the issue by itself. Its subtle. Maybe even unintentional. But its happening, and its important that it does. Just because he’s not assessing the 5 decades of racial culture in America since the Civil Rights Acts doesn’t mean he’s not sparking discussion and drawing attention to what the broader picture looks like.

I’d like to put Newton in the MCG for ten minutes. Then he would have reason enough to cry.

Cunts like you hounded Godes out of the game.

Ironic considering the praise Pilger was getting from him earlier.

I dont think he is a fan of cricket, but I wouldnt be surprised if he started crying after 5 minutes watching it…

Pilger highlights an issue from ground level. Newton sits in an ivory tower, imagining a nationwide agenda against him.

just a very quick search on some inflamatroy words for Newton and I found this.

Now I’d like to think it is just an alternative TFK with a few mentalists and everyone pulling the piss, but it seems legit and seems to tie in with a lot of the talk about Cam. Just because we dont see or hear about racism or have to endure it, doesnt mean it doesnt still go on there. I’m not black so I’ve never experienced racism against me, so I’m not going to go out and say that Cam is making up shit about agendas against him

Some choice quotes from the forum there (@rocko dont ban me, I’m copying and pasting)

[quote]He’s a big black QB and always dances like he’s never been in the end zone before. I swear he’s a fucking monkey with all this dabbing shit
Your people can’t be trusted in society let alone on a football field where you gorillas can legally beat up people. He probably has relatives in jail or something.

I see you’ve discovered my Hoops Nation account.

It’s quite sad to see a, usual, progressive poster like @Chucks_Nwoko not embrace the empowerment of a black athlete.

Dr. King must be spinning in his grave.

Cam has far from fabricated any racial agenda against him as it is always just below the surface in 'Murica

This is from earlier in the season when it was becoming clear Cam was having a special year. Greg Howard is very good at assessing racial issues in the sporting world:

There was a good article about Cam on the ESPN site last week. He comes across as an alright sort.

It saddens me too see so many independent thinkers here reduced to mere sheep on the matter.

The deluge of positive articles on Newton being produced here by TFKers clearly didn’t show up on any Google searches for him. America’s afraid of him apparently.

Careful now, you are beginning to sound like another much lampooned poster with your sheep references.

Additionally, i never really go the issue with him dabbing.

Are the numbers on ex players suffering from early onset dementia public knowledge? Would be an interesting read.

This is really good:
