If Osweiler keeps the chains moving until mid December it’d be hard to justify dropping him. There were reports put out last week that Peyton wants to play on in 2016, even if it’s not with the Broncos, and there was zero interest from other teams according to some reporter from the Denver Post.
The Titans and Browns are interested in getting him involved in the front office as well.
They have to get a deal in place for Von Miller, Osweiler, Derek Wolfe and Brandon McManus as well. Cutting Peyton frees up 21m of cap space.
didnt realise Osweiler was out of contract, really bad timing for them. If they had another year at least they could evaluate him and see if he is worth the money.
someone will take Manning, for publicity as much as anything, but it doesnt seem like Manning would be prepared to be back up or help on the coaching end of things. He has a history of not being around the team or gameplan meetings when injured so I cant see him accepting being a back up or helping out another QB. It’s a shame to see such a great go down in such a low manner. I’m sure he doesnt care, and in a couple of years his last season will be long forgotten, but its not nice to see him struggling so much.

I could see Tennessee coming in for him, they’re mad to get him involved in the front office to the point that they were trying to offer him a post career deal linked to joining them when he left the Colts.
Brock will be offered a deal regardless. They’ve been sold on him for the last couple of years and nothing changed when Kubiak came in. These games will verify that decision for them, particfularly how he copes under the pressure against your merry band of cheating cunts on Sunday
