Most teams have highs and lows throughout, I doubt the niners will be able to sustain this years high for ten years based on the average span of lifecycles of teams.

I watched both games and its an insult to put Garrappaollo in the same conversation let alone the same sentence as Lamar. There is something magical about the way Lamar plays the game, it is almost otherwordly. Pornstar Jimmy is a fine game manager but thats all he is and thats all they want him to be. Itās Lamar, Mahomes, Russel, DeShawn you have a couple of wily old foxes then still in the mix ,Brees, Arod, Cousins and then the game manager brigade, Brady, Jimmy G, Tannehill, Wentz etc

He has the most yards passing but itās a meaningless stat. Winston, Rivers and Goff are #2,3 and 4 and they have as many INTs as TDs. Wilson is head and shoulders above everyone this season.

Yes behind an elite offensive line and with Zeke Elliott in the backfield and very good receivers in Cooper, Cobb and Gallop. Shredding the likes of the Lions, Redskins, Giants x2, eagles and Dolphins means fuck all, most quarter backs in the league have been doing that all year.
He has improved this year but would just about crack the top ten in terms of pockets passers/arm talent

To an extent, QBR, ypg etc are fairly meaningless. Pff.com is interesting in terms of advanced metrics for all positions and games. They grade each individual throw and look at other factors like drops, defensive pass break ups, bad throws, big time throws etc and give fairly decent ratings which give fairly accurate ratings for players.

stats only tell half the storyā¦ The likes of Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Manning were great regular season stats men who invariably shit the pot when big boy football came around in the playoffs.
