And with the selective stats, how much did the dolphins offence score in those Weeks? In two of the games where you mention the opposition scoring high, the dolphins won, beating the eagles and Bengals. This was their third highest scoring week of the season, so the D absolutely needs to take a massive share of the blame. The offence is shit, when they put up 43 on them earlier in the season it was an offence that is now down 4 key players. Patriots arenât going far, both sides of the ball are lacking and in previous years it had one of them propping the other. Not the case this year.

But conceding 27 to the dolphins which was their third highest score of the year, letting in a go ahead touchdown when only 2 minutes left, how you could not apportion any blame to the defence is, as you might say, lunacy.
Youâll also note Iâve not thought much of either defence nor offence all year. They started 8-0 and at that stage you could not gauge their true reckoning and it was only the remaining 8 where they would truly be judged. That was 4-4. They are that sort of a side.
