I read at the weekend that in his entire tenure he’s won 3 games against teams with winning records. They had the softest schedule in the league last year which made things look a bit better than they were. They might use all the injuries this season as an excuse to save him but he’s generally been awful and underwhelming. There’s the bones of a good team there if everyone is 100% but absolutely no depth as seen last night.
In Paytons entire tenure he was beaten at home by 20+ points twice. Allen has managed it twice within a week.
Grim times for Saints fans but all the cap kicking down the road looks to have finally caught up with them.
