Super Bowl LV - The triumphant trail to Tampa (Part 1)

Big time

Some reaction by Hurts

Showtime Hurts

This is a brilliant finish. Hurts is a baller

RIP CEH

Now though…

Brees throwing TDs to lads who aren’t even NFL players

This could very well be repeated in February.

Add another name nobody ever heard of to the career list

Mahomes will probably langer down the field for a Hill TD on 3rd down.

Chiefs win but at the cost of both RBs

Stoopid Jets

Keep Darnold and trade out of 2. If he bombs next year you’ll have a bunch of high picks to remedy that. However, if/when Gase gets shit canned the new regime will probably rather their own man eg Fields

I’d have preferred Lawrence.
He’d have had something to work with there with that offense too imo, Crowder, Perriman and Mims. Lamicheal and Ty Lawson wouldn’t be the worst backfield out there either

Beckton looks good at tackle too.

Best Christmas present the Jags will ever recieve

And Lawrence.

The no.1 pick isn’t a huge deal for the Jets. They have two first-rounders anyway and need more help on the O-Line and secondary than they do at QB. Darnold is decent if they can keep him upright.

The successor to Gase will be interesting as they may be tempted to go for a defensive coach given the deficiencies there. If they opt for the offensive option, Eric Bienemy would be a good get.

It’s huge no matter what as they could have traded the 1 pick for a far higher price than the 2, Lawrence is valued as a certain franchise changing QB, no risk, Fields might turn out to be as good yet but the Jets won’t get that value.

O-line is one good draft/trade away. Becton is a generational player if they build right around him
