Super Bowl LV - The triumphant trail to Tampa (Part 1)

not even top 15

Dee Ford is crocked long term now, out of the starting front four pass rush last year Buckner, Bosa and Ford are gone or injured. Thomas is gone and Ronald Blair not back until week 7, brutal.

The Gayle Benson revelations along with Brees exposing himself as a white supremacist would appear to have torpaedo’d the Saints

Just another mans opinion all the same. Drew is certainly top 10 imo. If it’s all about rings then why not say an average kk hurler is better than Ciaran Carey. Dan Marino never won one but he was a hell of a lot better ability wise than some of the names ahead of him for example

He has Jim Kelly in there at 13. Jim got no rings

Jim is a legend but he’s not better than Drew Brees.

Russell Wilson is theGOAT

Was just watching highlights from Sund as t night, Cam has never thrown better, his accuracy is way up

Gotta love the karate kick celebration!

Sounds like Dr Nick Riviera gave the injection.

I assume that this may be the reason Lynn has been talking down Herbert’s performance and saying that Taylor is still their starter. Assume Tyrod would have a very strong medical malpractice case against the doctor and the chargers if this led to him losing his starting job. Assume they will now keep him as starter til he has an uneven performance and then bring Herbert in as the starter.

Given how tight fisted the owners are I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the case.

They’ve said Herbert will start this weekend.

Tyrod has carved out a successful niche as the bridge quarterback until a rookie can be trusted to start. Himself and Fitzmagic know the score when they sign for teams these days. When you’re benched for Nathan Peterman you know your days as an automatic starter are over.

Like you say though, this is a bizarre scenario and he has the franchise over a barrel

Supposedly he works extremely hard - gets a lot of admiration for this work ethic.

There are very few elite quarterbacks. A third I would say of active QBs are elite or borderline, another third functional and the final third likely to be benched every year. It’s one of the most enjoyable aspects of the game, the QB shuffle. A very tough position to succeed in.

Minshew needs to pull out a few tricks now. Shenault did well to catch that last one

Tua will be in before the end of this, Fitz is going to get broke up at some stage
