He has been well ahead of Swift this season performance & impact wise.

He was done 18 months agoā¦ One of the worst deals ever done Iād say. Thereās a plethora of QBs just like him in the league Lamar, Fields, Richardson to name a fewā¦ All relying on their legs. Itās one reason why quality of the league is diminished. Theyāre shit in the pocket and unlocking defences with smarts

Vikings would be an incredible move for both parties but Iām not sure itās possible, more likely Atlanta which would suit him
Thatās the reality of it, the lads have wheels and are able to scramble when coverage is good but any sort of injury and when they slow down they are bolloxed. None of them will have the longevity of Brady, Manning, Rodgers etc. because they donāt have the game intelligence and management skills.
An incredible move? Why would the Vikings replace Cousins with a QB who is the same age and inferior to Cousins?

Heās had a decent season
Its one of his worst seasons in the league. His yards are down, percentage completion down and his td and int rate are both about just about averaging over his career to date. 3 of his worst rushing seasons are the last 3 years. All signs are showimg serious regression. That Denver deal stank, and i cant see any other team make the same mistake again. His read at the line seems to be 3 seconds and then scramble. He cant sit in a pocket and leave things develop, which means his throws of 20 yards plus are also non existant. Id be beyond shocked if the Vikings considered him a viable option over Cousins, never mind actually go through with it

Russ has been serviceable at best this year. Hard to see anyone committing to him. Maybe a one year prove it deal from a team in rebuild but nobody is trading a ham sandwich for him and that deal.
Surely Paton the GM is shit canned at the end of the season.

Seems to be under pressure a lot, the line arenāt doing him any favours, he has a terrible receiving corp though Sutton has stepped up from time to time,

Either way, he has a few years left in the league, itās no secret that Iām a fan, I donāt pay attention to personalities, he wonāt ever go for a pint with me, heās an oddball but heās been a great player
Heās been poor this yearā¦ They managed to establish a run and it took some pressure off him but heās turned it over time and again. Iāve been telling you for 18 months heās regressing but youāre having none of it and keep blaming his lineā¦ Youāve been at that for 3 years now. Heās not a great QB - even at his best it was his mobility and play action. As soon as heās asked to be more of a pocket passer he just canāt do it. The great QBs can all perform with less than stellar receiversā¦ Look whatās happening in Houston for example
