I think the above has been backed up over the last few games. Even the win against the Bills that followed was fairly fortuitous but youâll eventually regress to the mean. You wonât keep winning, especially in a stretch of games against other contenders, when youâre not firing on offence/offense or defense/defence. Last week they conceded TDs on 6 (six) consecutive possessions to the 49ers & they didnât score an offensive TD last night so itâs not issues on one side of the ball. There are problems in several areas & I worry about my beloved Eagles. I guess itâs better to receive the harsh lessons now than in the play-offs but I donât know if the coaching &/or personnel resources are sufficient to sort things out & win the big one. Three organizations on 10-3 in the NFC so all still to play for but 49ers now the #1 seed.
