Did the US courts not initially rule that he wasn’t a cheater? - The NFL gets a retrial but Tom doesnt?

From the way that I understand it, it happened as follows:

The NFL filed an appeal to the initial ruling. They won.

Brady filed an appeal to that ruling. He lost.
All parties had their chance and his was deemed a cheater.
As the whole board knows, you’re understanding of anything is to be taken with a pinch of salt…

Any of ye see the glorious return of Miko Grimes this week? She started off with an anti-Semitic rant on twitter against Stephen Ross and Mike Tannenbaum, and followed it up with a bizarre tirade against Tannehill, Johnny Manziel’s father and the media yesterday. Very surprising that Brent hasn’t muzzled her or cut her off completely, he’d probably still be in Miami if it wasn’t for her. Funny considering she was telling Ayesha Curry to shut her mouth when she was blowing up during the NBA Finals.
I’ve just texted Tom and he is very confident that he will start the season as the Patriots QB and will play right through weeks 1,2,3,4 and beyond.
