I assume every team would select to attack every single time?
If so, then winning the coin toss is an advantage. But I don’t watch it so just an uneducated opinion

Congrats @ChocolateMice, what a weekend it’s been for you.
The NFL should really adopt the college football overtime rules. It is a far more compelling spectacle.
What are those rules, pal? Like the late Nick Halling, I don’t follow the college game.
here is a nifty article/video which explains it far better than I ever could
Late Nick Halling? Did he die?
No, I jest. He left Sky’s NFL coverage to become their main boxing commentator but I think he was dropped from that role a while back. He’s not dead.
Ah, lovely.
I found this very amusing. His manic replies to people offering views to the contrary were great.
It was almost as if he was more pissed at the Patriots winning that way than the actual unfairness of OT rules. He also seemed very shocked by them, almost as if he hadn’t encountered them before, which would be surprising for a self proclaimed NFL fan.
I was going to tweet at him that the receiving team wins OT around 55% of the time and that it wasn’t as manifestly unfair as he was making out, but it seemed his mind had been made up.
I’m aware. It wasn’t scrapped because it was unfair. It was scrapped because it made a dull sport even duller.
Word. A much fairer system too.
Dermot Keyes jumped the gun a little bit.
Well no, his point was predicated on his view that offenses are overwhelming better than defenses. Wonder if he held that view at the end of the first quarter or just after the pick 6.
A few posters here jumped into bed too early too.
They spent the few hours they were awake making nasty vindictive comments towards me and my Tom. Delighted the cunts were well and truly sickened this morning.
Even when it looked goosed, I held onto hope & chose to #believe.
Don’t you have more studies commissioned by conglomerates to read? Or a servely underqualified medical diagnosis to give?
What was the half time show like guys?
I turned it off mate as I was licking my wounds and seething at the endless jibes being dished out here… I had a beer and turned on a few tunes on Youtube.
Sky showing extended highlights at 3pm.
