There is no right to free speech in the workplace in the US, this has been explained to idiots like you numerous times, but you still can’t comprehend it. Kaepernick’s actions in protesting during the national anthem, and in particular his words, where he accused cops of murder, were highly divisive and offensive to the majority of Americans. There are very few black athletes, or members of the black community for that matter, that supported his actions.
His potential employers have every right to decide to hire him or not hire him. They have decided not to hire him for two reasons, 1) he is now a highly divisive figure, and 2) he is not a very good QB. Admittedly he is probably better than some back-up QBs, but not worth the trouble. He is not sitting at home btw, he is out doing voluntary work in disadvantaged communities, which is to be complimented.
The rest of your post regarding white and non white QBs is just nonsense that you made up to suit your argument. Shit quarterbacks don’t last long, regardless of their color.
