Very nationalistic. 11th November is Independence day. a Bank holiday. Had to go the school the day before to attend a big flag waving event for the kids. National anthem, speeches the works. They instil pride in the country and the flag into people from a very early age.

course they are mate.
It is, I was there last December it’s a great spot. Mate of mine was over there for a month with work, we called over for a weekend. He had an apartment right in the city centre, Savage nightlife, people were sound out.
I see Simon Coveney thinks that the chance of a similar attack happening in Ireland is low. I wouldn’t be betting the house on that Simon.
