Test Match Cricket

Possibly but I couldn’t find it. Any ideas?

It might be just for home Tests actually

Early on Australia were strolling, and they had England rolling.

But when England had to convince, they turned to James Vince.

The Barmy Army began to shout
But then Vince was run out

Earlier start tonight folks.

That doesn’t rhyme.

213/4. 50 run partnership from Malan and Moeen. Dogged stuff to see off the new ball so far. 8 over spell there with just 1 run.

Malan very patient

He is and a nice stroke there, but only 2. The outfield is just huge. Need to get through another 6-7 overs and batting should start to get a bit easier.

Mahan and Ali gone in the space of about 5 mins, tide turning towards Australia.

250/6. England need to get up to at least 300. It might only be a 300-350 wicket. England have batted 105 overs now and its never been easy at any stage.

Make that 250/7. Woakes with an ill advised drive departs for a duck.

They’d probably settle for 300 now.

Bairstow gone. 270/8. This will be over fairly soon now.

Stuart Broad swinging the bat now. 20 n.o.moves England to 301/9

England dismissed for 302. Looks a bit light but it
doesn’t look the easiest of wickets to bat on. Australia posted 295 when they batted first at Woolloongabba four years ago and it was plenty.

England have previously posted 300 on two occassions at the Gabba and have won both times.(batting first).

I go into a meeting as Australia come out to bat. I get out of the meeting and they’re 63-3. Ffs.

Australia 84/4

aus 165/4 at close. Smith and Marsh done well. Even steven unless England get Smith early on day three.
