If this doesn’t draw Sid out, nothing will.
Windies do have talented batsmen, Blackwood and Hope in particular and Chase can score quickly. Brathwaite is the only one you could really depend on though not to throw away his wicket.

That was Kent, tis sadly a thing of the past now too.
It hasn’t been too bad what I’ve seen of it. Windies seem to be evolving into a solid enough team. They’re not the utter shambles they have been for last 20 years. They have a good bowling attack, more consistency in the batting is what they need now. 114 runs a useful enough first inning lead but you feel it should have been more. Good batting conditions today and should be as well tomorrow for England.

England were 249/3 with an hours play left and batting themselves to a position of safety and possibly an outside chance of forcing a win, before the all too typical batting collapse. If the Windies, no strangers either to batting collapses bat anyway competently tomorrow, they’ll win.
