Agreed to a point. Pakistan batting in their second innings did them here. Happens a lot in the 3rd innings of a match, team with a handy 100-120 first innings lead, tank it.
The were speaking yesterday about Azhar’s captaincy and how he would cope in a tight test match. All previous games he was captain in there were either on the receiving end of an awful paddling or won at a canter.
When Woakes and Buttler went after them yesterday and made a stand he seemed flummoxed.

I saw him there last year in Costa coffee in Wilmslow.
He is the healthiest looking human being I have ever seen.
He also had a lovely way about him at the counter.
I’m not sure whether the ladies serving had any idea he was good at cricket.

The IPL is great craic. Better with a crowd.
The camera followed one ball as it was hit out of the ground and bounced hard across the motorway amongst the cars.

NZ with a comfortable 100 run win after bowling out Pakistan for 270 odd earlier. Good test, ballsy declaration from them too of 180 in second innings
NZ are now the #1 ranked Test team.
The whole thing is a cod so.
New Zealand are a solid all round team but shit their whites when they face Australia.
Australia badly need to cobble together a coherent batting lineup before the home Ashes series.
