I’m a big fan of good or appropriately used condiments. Ketchup and French’s American mustard are a must for burgers for example.
This mustard has tarragon in it and is unreal with meat.

I’m a big fan of hot sauces. This company - Heartbeat hot sauces - do unreal ones. This one has a base of dill pickles.

This is the go to for steaks with a bit of soy sauce
That knick knack shop near The Buttery has bags of mixed spices for all cuisines.

I’m going to class that one as a seasoning/spice and not a condiment. However the soy sauce is eligible.

Thats lovely in scrambled eggs, only a few drops
Would do that sometimes with my steak, but i rarely have steak or omlette without aramat
