Jackie don’t care bout no terrorists
Somehow I think they could all be leaving early…just like myself Sunday week
I presume you were taking the piss. Bordeaux and Toulouse are both in France but thats about it.
Does anyone need tickets for the Sweden game?
Do they come with a head examination?
Was just about to ask the same. I know of 2 going spare.
If any Belgium ones pop up, I’ll take them… bit of a long shot.
But sorted for Sweden, they turned up in a big way in the end.
Friend of mine has two for Italy that he is trying to swap for two for Belgium if anyone is interested?
Sweden tickets really filtering out over the last 24 hours. I reckon most Ireland fans in Paris on Monday who want one will get one. Lot of people only heading over for the first game or else doing the last two instead.
This could be a prophecy.
I’m going to sell my €105 ticket for drinking money and buy a cheapo €30 one.
Call into McNulty’s Pub in La Rochelle, the owner Noel is a thoroughly alright sort, mad about GAA and Soccer. Good Laois stock. He’ll see you right.
As regards anyone who ends up in Nice, Ma Nolan’s is a good spot, more Laois stock.
That is if anyone is looking to end up in Irish Bars.
Stay safe lads.
I must say I’m feeling terribly unenthusiastic about all this, partly due to the people I’m travelling with (one of them in particular), partly due to not being able to hack the drink any more, partly due to the hassle of it all, partly due to irrational fears of terrorism irrationally invading my normally rational thinking, partly due to me wishing I was in Portlaoise tomorrow night rather than somewhere in continental Europe, partly due to there being no novelty factor this time, partly due to me losing interest in non-Liverpool related association football matters, and partly due to me thinking that both our Irish teams are going to be thrashed.
A good argument will sort you out over there, Sid. I’ve doubt that you’ll win too.
A) you are getting old
b) you are a hurling man
Landed in London. Pub sourced showing the Dubs v Kilkenny so it’s all good.
Sure I thought with sky sports showing the games that every pub in England would be eagerly anticipating the hurling.
'He facking ‘ammered it with the facking stick, innit.’
around Mullaghanish if that mast in the background is any clue.
