Full of loughrea lads clearly.

Confirming that LA is still every bit the shit hole that I remember it as. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned it around 40 years.

Signing back in lads. Knock to Heathrow this time so will be savouring the short flight duration.

Bad news is some colleagues have been impacted by the German strike but it won’t stop me responding to emails.

Safe travels to all my fellow Paddy ambassadors this week.

Question for the well travelled men of the forum…

If you’re scheduled to land in Stansted at 9:30 a.m. and have a connecting Ryanair flight departing at 11 a.m., should that be okay? Will i make it?

I’ve never really had to do something like this before, so I’m not sure if that’s reasonable or if I’m way off.

You should be alright

I have to go through security again no ?

If you have both you’re boarding passes printed off and only have hand luggage then you can probably swerve through some Connecting Flights area. Not sure how that works in Stansted though

Plenty time

I think you have to go out through passport control and back in through security again. Buy fasttrack.

Some good points there lads, appreciate it. I haven’t booked the connecting flight yet, but I reckon I’ll go ahead with it.

If you have to go through security get the fast track. We were stuck between the boarding card check and the scanners for nearly 2 hours on a Sunday evening recently. Highly stressful.

Oh fuck this changes everything. It’s a Saturday too. :joy:

If you arrive at London Stansted on an international flight you will need to pass through passport control/immigration, whether your connecting flight is domestic or international. You will therefore need the correct documentation for entry into Britain. If you are connecting from a UK flight to an international flight you will need to pass through special immigration control points where you may be asked to show your passport

You’ve to do this at London City too
