11 days after the above, so 43 days after my application was declined, my account has still not been refunded. This is due to ātechnical issuesā. Funny that the ātechnical issuesā didnāt prevent them taking the money out of my account, only putting it back. No wonder that cunt Noonan is blathering on about the great state of the public finances when they are sequestering citizens funds like this.

Dont get me startedā¦ I gave an extra 15 euro to An Post last saturday morning to ensure my parcel would be delivered by swift post from Cork to Galway.
I rang the post office in Cork yesterday evening at 5pm and the parcel was still there and I was told it should be delivered today.
Mugged off.
Have to visit a vendor in Germany for an all day face to face on Thursday will take the red eye to Frankfurt on Wednesday night. I might wear my new blue shoes to set a tone

I found the application process to be seamless. Downloaded the app, took a Jonjo Selfie, paid the fee and received my card about ten business days later.
Used it on a recent trip to Germany. Superb all round.

A couple of friends of mine got them no problem. So either you made a balls of the photo or they havenāt a clue in the office.

I heard what tinnion had to say and I said ok Iāll give this cunt of a thing another go. So I took the selfie at 10pm on Tuesday night and submitted the application through the app on Tuesday night. When I looked in the post box last night a brand spanking new passport card had arrived.
