You’d want to give yourself at least 45 minutes. You couldn’t be hitting it at a worse time.

Northbound isn’t near as bad as Southbound in the mornings. If there is no crashes / breakdowns etc, you’d do it in 30 mins easy

Arrived at Red Cow at 8:31, arrived at long term car park at 9:16. There was an accident on the southbound lane which seemed to have a ridiculous effect on northbound traffic. Once I passed that there was no delay.
