Why is property in Limerick so cheap? Should we start a property syndicate?

There was a few bits and pieces up for sale round the Nicholas St area over the last year that caught my eye recently alright.
A 2-bed apartment on William Street for €1,200 a month is cheap? 
No sorry, I meant that the rental value seems to be extremely high compared with the purchase price.

Upper William St is a right shit hole, but if you can get that rent for an 80k purchase it’s a no brainer.
