TFK Said No To Homophobia But Laois Didnt

Hold the presses. There’s still hope for the No side here. No campaigner Paddy Manning said that the result is no longer in doubt, and that only the only issue still to be decided is the margin of victory for the No side.

Mary Lou looks luscious standing in the courtyard of Dublin Castle in the sun here.

@farmerinthecity and @Boxtyeater you must be so proud of your neighbours and friends

I’d die above on her.

Foynes (@mickee321 ) Ardpatrick and Ballingarry (@dodgy-keeper ) All strong no vote in County Limerick.

Katie Hannon (the thinking man’s crumpet) looking fabulous at the count. Her voice is so sexy.

And if you voted No, you’re still loved and accepted. That’s how this works.

ffs!

So how did the referenda go for you lads if we can now assume that the gay marriage one will be carried and the age of the presidential candidacy will be rejected.

I’m the same mate. Bittersweet. Ireland just can’t wrestle free from her conservative shackles.

Just finished talking about the youthful revolutionaries of the early 20th century, now to catch up on the youthful 21st century ones #marref

Given that I’ve passed the eligibility age to be President within the past year, the only thing I have to say is “I’m alright, Jack.”

Will this be carried in every constituency in the country?

Ireland’s darkest hour

I was chatting with a group of young people this morning who reckoned it was ignorance and fear that was motivating people to vote no, rather than badness. Reading the contributions from the No side here, it’s hard to disagree.

The people of Mohill, Eslin, Fenagh amongst others have ensured it won’t be a clean sweep

And repressed homosexuality - @Nembo Kid is clearly a homosexual and he should just embrace it. We will still love him as a brother.

It’s called democracy Fagan. They voted to reject same sex marriage. Overall 26/32 of our country have carried it.

Idi Amin would have been classed as a bleeding heart in Mohill.
