TFKNFLFFL 1st Division 2014

commiserations, chief. PITT died with their boots on.

Thanks, pal. I met a very slick unit indeed. I’ve lost games with 150-odd points this season so not surprised that 136 wasn’t enough.

The rhinos are looking for an offensive coordinator for the 2015 season if you are interested

Have the Commissioners ruled on what the level of parachute payments will be? Last thing we need is for PITT to have to release most of their roster so they can cut their cloth in the second tier. That could be a fatal blow for the franchise, though I guess if anyone can rebuild through the draft it might well be @Colin Montgomerie.

So long as he is in a position to attend said draft.

I’m in discussions with Arabic owners and intend of taking the piss out of the cap space by using accountancy wizardry to structure all contracts in a confusing and non-transparent way. I’m also considering investing in some recording equipment as I’ve been told that is key to NFL success.

so, final standings. Congrats to Fran on winning the regular season title once again. He has a trophy cabinet full of awards, but still the main prize eludes him. Is this going to finally be the year he takes it all? Fomer winners Gman and reigning champ braz are in the playoffs, and one of them will be in the final again.

In the Northern Conference, @Gmans miraculous win over @Mac sealed the top spot in the division due to @Scrunchie losing to @braz83. 4 wins on the trot was a good way to end the year and clinch the playoff berth. @SoulDressing got a nice win over @Turenne to move up a spot, and the hapless and lowest scoring @croppy_boy sealed his fate with a miserable 65 points this week. The drop in form of franchise QB Manning really cost him the last few weeks.

In the East, @Fran cemented top spot after scrunchies loss. @The Big Cheese had the top score this week, and finished out on a high, however it came at the expense of colin. @Macs run of wins out of the relegation zone came to a crashing halt, but he still finishes safely. @Rocko losing to @Blake was inconsequntial due to both croppy boy and colin losing, and he also stays safe for another year.

In the Southern Conference, @braz83 sealed his Division crown with an emphatic win over scrunchie with a good tally of 162 points. @Blake kept the pressure on both him an Gman and only just missed out on the playoffs. @Turenne had a bad week and lost all hopes losing to souldressing. Poor @Colin Montgomerie once again put up a decent tally, but it wasnt enough for an inconceivable escape from relegation

So the playoffs see Fran play Scrunchie, and Braz play Gman. The consolation playoffs see Blake play Turenne, and The big cheese play Turenne.

Overall Points scored rankings

Disappointed to lose out on a place in the loser playoffs but given that I was odds on for relegation after week 10 when 3-7 I’m happy with the outcome. Colin Kap and my inability to pick the right WR’s each week cost me numerous games but as a ‘yo-yo’ franchise this season was all about consolidation in the top flight so mission accomplished. Beating @The Big Cheese twice along the way was a nice bonus.

 1. Fran v 4. Scrunchie
 2. Gman v 3. Braz
The four stand out franchises have made it. I pass in my hearty congratulations to my fellow playoff contenders. The most knowledgeable always reach the summit.

Being a mere wildcard qualifier means the Bunch are fairly relaxed going into this weeks encounter as all the pressure of expectation on @Fran’s 49ers. The big decision for him this week is who he starts at QB: Big Ben or Cam? Hope he doesn’t shit in the pants and make the wrong decision!!!

Good to see Sanu is gone to shite too. I wouldn’t be starting him either

Tough on Turenne that you fucktard

still hopping off the cocktails scrunch?

you drunk fuck!:pint::pint:

With the exception of Megatron, who has come from shite, all of my WRs have gone to shite. Would like to play a few extra RBs instead

All in on @Fran. Can he keep the trophy among TFK AFC alumni for the third straight year? As long as @Scrunchie doesn’t win it I’ll be happy unless @Gman wins.

Cam Newton has just died in a car crash so that decision just got easier…

By died I mean was involved in a crash but there are no reports on how or if there are any injuries.

Hi, I’m braz83. You may remember me from such TFKNFLFFL finals as last year’s, when I beat you into the ground.

Oh right, I don’t remember that. I always get you mixed up with @balbec for some reason. You should consider a rebrand.

No, @balbec is pretty much the level of poster I’m aiming for. I’m reasonably happy with that.

Charleville always looked up to Kilmallock.

That may be true, but is in no way relevant to me.

Tre Mason fumbles and loses it early doors. Now he’s sat on his hole as Cunningham spearheads the running attack. Advantage @Fran the cunt
