He is woeful
I’d say they’d nowhere else to put him.
That was the story alright, he’s professional and seems to be a good guy.

I didn’t mind him on the 9am show. Think twas when Ryan was on 2FM
Who is he
He does the weekend sport on Radio 1, he’s very professional and personable, but some people just love to complain 
He previously presented morning Ireland and had the 9-10 slot on radio 1 which Tubs does now, packed it in as he had mental health issues

I’d have thought the ideal gig for him would be the 3pm gig that Ray D’Arcy is in and redeploy RD to the family quiz show type thong they do on a Sunday evening or eventually taking over Liveline maybe.

He was doing the show for years after that.
I think he’s fine, and I’d have it on most weekends, it’s really continuity with the odd light interview,
