I am absolutely incredibly unqualified to attempt a response to that.
I think NK built up a huge portfolio of clients, practically a who’s who, everybody in that industry is entitled to an agent and probably benefits in contractual discussions, it’s no surprise that many RTE shows are hosted by his clients,
Joe’s lack of recognition of the female 2fm presenters is completely irrelevant
His major points about RTE are probably accurate, his Gah analysis was never incredible, he was part of a crew which tried to be controversial at all times, entertaining but not cutting edge

I’d get rid of the commercial element of it. Make it completely publicly funded.
