Save your money - she won’t be competing - only International Roses make it to the big dance in Tralee.

My new favourite is New York Rose Katie Mulholland. A quick stalk reveals that Katie is a singer songwriter and has her own Facebook page. I’m very taken with her.

Who knows but if you look at the bottom left of the picture she does appear to have a superfluous arm, which is a bit strange.

I only found out yesterday that the Clare rose at this years festival is a girl I knew fairly well from University. Thought my friend was having me on, she seems to have gotten her teeth straightened, she could have eaten an apple through a letterbox a few years ago.
