Notable that Jack Crowley’s three missed kicks so far in this tournament have all been from the right of the posts. He’s 100% when kicking from the left side.

Hasn’t been done in the 6 Nations era. France in 1997-98’ the last team to do so. Even Clive Woodward’s England team didn’t quite manage it. We prevented Eddie Jones from doing so on the final day in 2017.
The young fella did a great job singing.Hes a kilkenny chap,I think.
He is. Related to my sister in law apparently. But sure we’re all related in KK cc @caulifloweredneanderthal
Rugby is the only sport where an achievement like that in the traditional main competition of the sport would be devalued completely by losing narrowly in another competition. Be like arsenal or someone winning 4 leagues in a row but everyone saying they are shite as they didn’t win champions league
Michael Corcoran opened his breathless report earlier with the stat that it’s 17 wins in a row for Ireland now. Took a few seconds to figure out he must have been talking about wins v Italy.
PSG spring to mind in that regard to be fair.
Surely more comparable to Mayo winning a few Connacht championships against 5 other sides of varying quality, and then failing repeatedly when they meet the big guns?
The only comparison is teams who are so dominant by size or financially that it’s inevitable they win the domestic comp. Doesnt apply to ireland in rugby surely. The obsession with the world cup in rugby is a bit mad.
Yeah that probably is the best comparison but it’s the fact that the world cup is knockout and only played every four years makes the obsession with it a bit unfair
All 32 counties will be waiting to hear back on Hugo Keenan’s injury assessment next week.
