Big Kev is a lot more comfortable on serve and looks very fresh compared to Isner who looks out on his feet. That will probably translate into Isner winning.

Yes, its a huge advantage in this type of situation to be serving first. The other rule of thumb I have is, the player who’s holding more comfortable and the fresher more often than not ends up losing.
