The version of Reel Around the Fountain is fucking astonishing. I love the Death of a Disco Dancer too.
The latter is probably my favouirite Smiths song.
Like the former as well of course, although the opening line is a bit weird.
Iām a huge fan of Paint a Vulgar Pictureā¦not the best version on the cd but still great to hear
I always found it a little drawn out but a great tune and great lyrics alright.
It goes on but itās a great story so itās worth it. In my school I refused to play rugby so the we played tennis. Not only was the tennis coach fucking sound BUT he was a massive Celtic fan and loaned me the sheet music book for Strangeways Here we Come. Celtic and the Smiths. He was fucking bang on. Fuck rugby.
I suppose itās more 60s than alternative but I never get tired of this song, this video or the girl at 2:00 with the hash pipe.
Any dedicated Sigur Ros fans on here? Am looking for an extended studio version of this masterpiece that Im fairly sure exists but canāt find anywhere, maybe Im mishtaken
Cheers Thawneen, you going to see Twin Shadow on Saturday mate?
() by Sigur Ros is superb album. Nothing they have done before or since comes close imo.
New Radiohead album out on Saturday!
Iām not. By the time I started getting into his album it was sold out. Will you be in attendance yourself? I think the Rubberbandits are next door afterwards.
Had been toying with it but too lethargic in getting tickets until they sold out, a sure sign of growing old  . Didnāt realise he was that popular to be honest but shouldnāt really be surprised I suppose.
I was a little surprised because I didnāt like his album straight off. Itās actually got decent songs on it and itās a grower. Heāll be back soon, I would say. Itās the law of Fleet Foxes, if a band sells out their first show in Dublin theyāll be back asap for another night.
One of the best liver performances Iāve ever seen. Itās actually better than the studio version.
Cheers for posting this thrawneen, itās deadly.
