Tell him visiting your house is optional also, save him the trip like

Short term assessors who think they can make money out of volume and under cut everyone. He’ll he gone by 2026.
He was a young fella fairly new to it but he was registered and I just needed the cert regardless of accuracy so there was no sense in paying any more.
