Difficult to see either team challenge Liverpool for the title.
Oh isnt it great Mourinho is back in the Epl!
Moyes won’t last the season at utd. He’s afraid of his fucking life of losing.
Ferguson was a cunt but he sent his teams out to win at least.
I’d say Moyes doesn’t have the first idea of how to use him. He’ll leave in January or the summer and we won’t have even given him a chance to do what he does best.
It’s so obvious that it barely needs stating, but our need for a central midfielder is desperate. I’ve no idea what Cleverley is even meant to be doing.
Rooney was good, very solid defensively again. Only positives really. Mourinho’s selection didn’t work, they looked more threatening when Torres came on.
Terry man of the match.:rolleyes:

Harsh enough comment. It was Utd playing all the attacking football they could against an ultra negative Mourinho team. Although Utd have been weak in the recruitment market, this weekends displays from Man City & Chelsea wouldn’t worry Moyes too much. @ 12/5 to win the League they look a tempting punt.
Kloppo will be crying tonight.

Weird view of the game there Piles. United were the only side trying to win it.
What a shit game of football, though. Devoid of any excitement. I’m disgusted Kagawa can’t get near this team. Valencia and Evra were poor and it looks like old Welbeck is back!
Valencia had a descent game IMO.young also looks like he could be back to himself too…
What? Wtf Faldo? Couldn’t cross, ponderous, took a couple of vital seconds before deciding whatever to do, beat Cole outside once and the failed to get a cross in, managed to concede the throw in twice while trying to cross the ball. His failure was all the more glaring considering Young whipped in three decent crosses within minutes of his arrival.
I forgot to mention that I am fully certain that that shit boring Chelsea team will go on to win the league now.
As in moyes will be happy with him…did great tracking back, put in some good tackles, passing was ok,crossing was cuntish alright…

Three strikers (so-called) on the field and Chelsea were never really troubled. Utd were craven tonight. A poor reflection on Moyes.
+1
Moyes greatest achievement will be that he will actually make that hun cunt Ferguson look like a competent manager

He was mate
Scum is as scum does
Manuel Pellegrini, the new Manchester City manager, needed the intervention of stewards and security officials after missiles were thrown at him before Manchester United’s game against Chelsea.
Pellegrini was at the match to compile a report on United in preparation for the first Manchester derby of the season, on 22 September at the Etihad Stadium, but had to take shelter after being recognised when he got out of his car.

Happy with the win?
Steve Bruce says that Hull’s Achilles’ heel is not scoring enough goals. That’s more like an Achilles’ torso.
Rooney not in the 18. Neither is Kagawa.
Liverpool: Mignolet, Johnson, Skrtel, Agger, Jose Enrique, Gerrard, Lucas, Henderson, Aspas, Coutinho, Sturridge. Subs: Brad Jones, Alberto, Sterling, Ibe, Kelly, Flanagan, Wisdom.
Man Utd: De Gea, Jones, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Carrick, Cleverley, Young, Giggs, Welbeck, Van Persie. Subs: Anderson, Smalling, Lindegaard, Hernandez, Nani, Valencia, Buttner.
Rooney got a head wound in training apparently. Maybe Fergie kicked a boot at him from the board room.
