The Battle for Liam 09

Tommy Walsh needs to be given a fucking talking to.

I’m on it

Zane Keenan obviously.

He’s been at this shit for the past couple of years. He needs to be thought a lesson the dirty cunt. Could easily have broken a finger there with the first swing. Was probably worse than what the Galway man got the line for.

Exactly the same I would have said.

Its an honest question?

If he didnt get the line in the Leinster final, he’ll never get it.

Surprised Cian Foley hasn’t popped in all  blazing

Harsh on Dayne.

Ah the first one wasn’t that bad. We’ve all got them, bit of a stinger. Yellow card was the right decision. Red would have been incredibly harsh.

No way was it worse than Murrays. That was an awful full stroke miles off the ball that clattered Lyng in the upper arm.

Seeing the second incident on the TV he should have got a second yellow alright. The irony is he’d be demonised less had he got the second yellow.

Canning, Joseph

2-9 off JJ Delaney. Says it all really.

Don’t even try and compare the two. Dayne’s a nice hurler. Zane is an artist.

1 goal from play and bottled up for large parts of the match.
Larkin scored more from play.

JJ will be happy with his performance apart from the goal.

Phew, thought you were ignoring Canning for Sheff.

I’d put Sheff 2nd still.

Best hurler in Ireland though.

You cant justify that first one, it was out of order and dangerous. He knews what he was at.

Yeah and it was a foul and a yellow card, nothing more.

Murrays was an incredibly dangerous full head high swing, he could have hit anything and was more than worthy of a red.

Thats bullshit. He went straight for the hand and knew exactly what he was doing. Very cowardly act that is becoming all too common for him.

I’m talking about the comparison with Murray. Murrays was far worse.

Ask yourself this, how much harder could Walsh have swung his hurl vs how much harder could Murray have swung his hurl.
