The Lk version wasnât the greatest ever but I wouldnât have him as a mullocker

Rather more.
Ah jaysus⌠He was like a lawnmower running on dirty diesel.
MC (Tipperary) was a tremendous hurler. MC (Limerick) was an abomination against ash.
Walter Walsh⌠Rugby player turned hurler.
When muldoons get the internet.
No , technically limited but not a mullocker.
possibly another one for the horse of a man category along with Johnny Glynn the big fucking tree
From 1997 to 99, Ollie Baker wasnât even the best midfielder for Clare.
Christ johnny glynn has way more to him than mullocking. Braindead cunts think that though resulting in repeated frees not being given in 2018 when jp bought the all ireland.
Chunky was an outstanding stickman til about 21 when he chunkified and entered the realm of mullocker.
Seamus Prendergast would be a fine example imo. A very effective but limited hurler.
The kk lad who thinks Glynn is a mullocker, denies Walter walshe ever was. Iâd say you couldnât make it up, but he is.
Heâd be my first choice
Ill have to disagree with you there mate, as awkward as walter looks, he doesnât look all at sea out there.
Id class a mullocker as a hardy disruptor, who will almost will the ball over the bar the odd time but generally just keeps it moving along. Bit if the ball dropped to them in space with no one around theyd be in trouble. Walter has more to him.
What exactly are you disagreeing with?
Older he got, the dirtier he got I thought. He was at all times physically powerful but as time went on, got dirtier with it
That walter is a mullocker per se
Ollie Baker. Close the thread
Itâs a subjective call, both were dominant hurlers.
Baker going off injured in early second half of the 99 Munster final had a far more negative impact on the side than missing Colin Lynch in 98. He had two points from midfield and was the best midfielder on show that day up to that point
Mike Houlihan taking him out in the 96 encounter when he was dominating also changed the course of that game as well.
Baker at his best was outstanding but he didnât sustain it and was a showed of himself a couple of years later
I still laugh at the Colin Lynch saga and Ger LockâŚ
What a lovely country we live in⌠That was brilliant
Daire Plunkett?
