The bitterness, the bitterness

Who is McCarthy?

Do you deny that is an influential school of hurling thought out there fairly represented by some version of ā€˜Fitzgerald/Cusack/McGrathā€™?

Seems they are represented by you as anyone who disagrees with you

Not in the slightest ā€“ I presume you mean ā€˜resentedā€™.

Who is McCarthy, out of interest?

I note you did not answer my fair question.

Supposed to be McGrath but I pulled the trigger on McCarthy on the phone

There is an element of mimicking with all high profile or succesful coaches.

That statement is by far the most interesting one you have made.

Two ways, because you have given away a lot about yourself as well.

I donā€™t lie or speak in riddles if you want to know anything just ask

You are very defensiveā€¦ We are only chewing fat about hurling.

Lads, who is the eraser head/ Simon Cowell Ballinahinch person thatā€™s being referred to here? Shane McGrath?

No. Absolutely not. SMcG is a gentleman, bright and not in thrall to psychic disturbance over Kilkenny or anything else.

What would you say i revealed of myself?

That you are involved in coaching.

Not any more and not with a couple of years. Iā€™ve a friend who is still, at a reasonable level

Well, same difference.

The term sweeper gives him indigestion

Good.

Tell him I would like to buy him a pint some time.

If heā€™s more that holding his own in a position that heā€™s not suited to,imagine what heā€™d do if he was played in a position that he has all the attributes for?
Blanchfield is another one.Anyone watching the club scene in KK would tell you straight out that he thrives running onto ball facing goal. That fella has all the ingredients to be magic but for some reason heā€™s not taking off.And for the life of me,I really donā€™t know why.Hes a huge specimen with pace that can hurl.
Full forward is patently not the position for him.Hes an 11 all day long.
But then,what do I knowšŸ˜„
