The Brewing, Winemaking, Distilling and other weird home made alcoholic concoctions thread

A thread for those of us who like to try and create exotic alcoholic libations. Also a useful pastime for those thinking ahead to next winter when the SARS-3 mutant is threatening us with extinction.

On the left a lemoncello, on the right the next batch in waiting. A few tips, peel the lemon rind thinly with as little as possible of the white, age with a bottle of vodka for a month then add +30% by volume simple syrup and age again for a month. It’s nice enough, you should end up with 30% alcohol.
