She’ll just have to settle for the few cans of fosters brokered on the aussie deal. Good call mate

@glenshane what can and can’t you post to the UK from Northern Ireland? What items do you have to fill in a customs declaration for? Hard to get that info.

I’m talking specifically about where I could get info about posting live plants.

Honestly haven’t a clue. I’ve received plants from ‘the mainland’ without any bother. I’d an order for an electric chicken fence cancelled.

According to the following there arent any restrictions if the goods are in “free circulation” here

How high would the fence need to be to keep in the electric chickens?

The comments :joy:

I got an item sent to me last year from the UK, and I specifically instructed the sender to make sure he put down Ireland / EU and to check with the post office before sending to be sure all would be ok etc. The post office put down the postcode as in the UK and it got returned to sender after being stuck in Dublin customs for ages, with some random made up address created by the post office. Useless fuckers. You’d imagine someone working in a post office would have a basic grasp of it all…

One for things I learned today. The UK Post Office is separate from the privately owned Royal Mail.
